Melanie has shown me how to breathe to help with sleeping, and explained how each problem in your body is connected in some way to other problems.  I now use the breathing technics for controlling stress often .. like during bad meetings  - driving in difficult traffic jams -  family or work problems  etc.  just breathing in the way Melanie has guided me to do for a few breaths really helps you to relax and enables you to deal with the stressful situations and helps to carry on in a positive way.  Melanie has helped with relieving other medical issues that I have had for a long while and they are noticeable improving by just breathing in the correct way.

I started working with Mel as I was finding that my breathing was shallow & stifled when stressed. Thanks to her guidance & teaching me various breathing routines I could manage my stress levels. The Water breath I found particularly helpful as I could practice it in stressful situations without anyone else being aware.
