I help women reset their sleep patterns before they become an insomniac. 

It's like adjusting the watering schedule in your garden during the summer, before the plants dry out.  Once plants suffer significant stress, it's much harder, and takes longer, for them to recover.

Alternative solutions tend to be either pharmaceutical, lacking accountability, or for insomniacs, & can be expensive.

If poor sleep is left unaddressed, women risk suffering low energy, emotional imbalance & poor motivation.  Insomnia can eventually take hold.
